Dear Staff, Nurses & all other employees at MediLodge of Howell,
I just wanted to take time to thank you for going above and beyond the ‘job description’ in showing love, compassion, patience, and kindness. It takes a special gift to work with elderly people who are now facing a difficult [moment in their life]. Even those of you who are janitors and kitchen help, please know that your smiles, jokes, and sweet words made such a difference in my mom’s life. Many of you she loved as her extended family.
