I came here after ankle joint replacement (surgery). I still cannot use my left foot, as I am not allowed to put weight on it for two more weeks. However, physical therapists showed me how to get on and out of a wheelchair without using my left foot and also how to use a knee roller properly. I am going home now, able to get around by myself!
