Our Essential Workers Do it All!

I came here because I was in a car accident and my leg was broken. I couldn't go home due to my injuries. The therapists helped me walk again and regain my strength. While I was here, I lost my balance and fell, but the therapist helped me increase my balance and safety so I could get back home independently with everything I needed.

I chose Medilodge of Howell for Joseph Williams because I was not satisfied with his previous facility. Dana, Austin, Lindsey and the rest of the staff really stood out. I specifically say Dana and Austin because they worked with Joseph the most and I could see the dedication and them trying very hard to accomplish out their set goals for Joseph.

I chose Medilodge of Howell because of the location and the good staff. Dana in Physical Therapy really stood out. She was very thorough and I got really strong. My experience at Medilodge of Howell was very pleasant and the nurses were great.

I came here after ankle joint replacement (surgery). I still cannot use my left foot, as I am not allowed to put weight on it for two more weeks. However, physical therapists showed me how to get on and out of a wheelchair without using my left foot and also how to use a knee roller properly. I am going home now, able to get around by myself! (The people who work here are very helpful and pleasant!)

Dear Staff, Nurses & all other employees at MediLodge of Howell, I just wanted to take time to thank you for going above and beyond the 'job description' in showing love, compassion, patience, and kindness. It takes a special gift to work with elderly people who are now facing a difficult [moment in their life]. Even those of you who are janitors and kitchen help, please know that your smiles, jokes, and sweet words made such a difference in my mom's life. Many of you she loved as her extended family. I want to say that I am very happy with Medilodge of Howell. Natasha really made things happen for my Father. He was at a facility in Detroit. The conditions of the facility was poor. He was sleeping in a broken bed. He lost a lot of weight, because they feed him very little. Natasha really fought for him, without her I don't believe we would have been able to move him at all. I am so grateful for all she has done for my Father and family. My life is better because of her help. We seriously needed to find long term care for him Close to home. Natasha was our families’ champion she fought for him and believed in him and our family. Natasha and Medilodge Of Howell really helped getting him what he needed. I want to thank Natasha and the staff so much for everything you did for my Mom, Jil. Everyone went above and beyond. Especially Natasha taking my calls on the weekend. Everyone was there in our time of need. You helped us so much when we needed someone to guide us. We didn't know what to do next with decisions in the medical field and you made everything go so smoothly. We will forever be thankful for YOU. My Mom is doing much better after her two week stay.  

I was here last year and it was a great stay! Everyone is great here, especially Shelena. Therapy has done wonders for me and admissions is always visiting. Great team and staff---I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
