MediLodge of Howell Manager of the Quarter! 💚👏

The reason we chose MediLodge of Howell is because they helped us through the process from the first referral from the hospital and we felt welcomed from the get-go. Lisa, Kathy, Jennifers (Rose), Dan and Darren (Daisy), Tika, (CNA Aide), Leilini, Kate, Stacie, Joey, Natasha, Wendy, Maria (Housekeeping) were all team members that stood out during my aunt’s stay. Everyone went above and beyond with kindness and compassion for our aunt.

I chose MediLodge of Howell because of its amenities and pleasant staff. Natasha and Jody made the transition as smooth as possible for my loved one Sylvie Rice. I love the south nurses and aides - Cindy, Tiffany, Sarah, Julie, Kelly, Stephanie, and the rest of the team. Anytime you ask a question everyone is so nice and understanding. This staff goes the extra mile!

I chose MediLodge of Howell for my mother, Eugenia. I chose this center for their good reputation, cleanliness, and because it was closer to family and friends. From Wendy in Housekeeping to Daisy Hall, Darren, Dan, Paulette, Marie, Tika, Danielle, Katie, and Liz - They all take wonderful care of my mom and are wonderful!

I came here because I was in a car accident and my leg was broken. I couldn't go home due to my injuries. The therapists helped me walk again and regain my strength. While I was here, I lost my balance and fell, but the therapist helped me increase my balance and safety so I could get back home independently with everything I needed.

I want to say that I am very happy with Medilodge of Howell. Natasha really made things happen for my Father. He was at a facility in Detroit. The conditions of the facility was poor. He was sleeping in a broken bed. He lost a lot of weight, because they feed him very little. Natasha really fought for him, without her I don't believe we would have been able to move him at all. I am so grateful for all she has done for my Father and family. My life is better because of her help. We seriously needed to find long term care for him Close to home. Natasha was our families’ champion she fought for him and believed in him and our family. Natasha and Medilodge Of Howell really helped getting him what he needed. After looking for a few months, I came back to MediLodge of Howell for a second tour to compare. We are so glad we made this choice. Natasha Cook was so patient interviewing us and very knowledgable while showing us the facility. The ladies at the front desk were also all smiles and happy to help. I encourage everyone to try MediLodge of Howell. Stop Looking!

I want to thank Natasha and the staff so much for everything you did for my Mom, Jil. Everyone went above and beyond. Especially Natasha taking my calls on the weekend. Everyone was there in our time of need. You helped us so much when we needed someone to guide us. We didn't know what to do next with decisions in the medical field and you made everything go so smoothly. We will forever be thankful for YOU. My Mom is doing much better after her two week stay.  

As written in the Livingston County Press & Argus on 3/21/14 "I have just come home from five weeks at Medilodge in Howell. I want everyone to know about the great people who work there. The housekeepers, kitchen crew, physical therapists and nurses; and most of all, the ladies who personally take care all the sick and handicapped souls who don't really want to be there. They never fail to smile and do their work cheerfully and efficiently. They make it bearable. No, they make it pleasant."

August 2019, I entered rehabilitation at MediLodge. I couldn't walk. My body was weak. I couldn't sit up or stand up. I made my first step on the 2nd day with the therapists on the parallel bars. From that time on, I progressed to standing, walking with a walker, climbing stairs, and exercises machines. It has been a joy to have gotten my life back and look forward to going home in the near future. I thank God for such a joyful recovery at MediLodge. The staff + patients are a wonderful experience. Love the therapists; they're awesome! I would recommend MediLodge of Howell.

I came here after ankle joint replacement (surgery). I cannot still use my left foot as I am not allowed to weight on it for two more weeks. However, physical therapists showed me how to get on an out of a wheelchair without using my left foot and also how to use a knee roller properly. I am going home and able to get around by myself! (The people who wor here are very helpful and pleasant!)
