The nursing staff was excellent - they were caring, personable, and always willing to offer their assistance to ensure that you were doing ok and checking to see if you need anything. I was also very happy with the Physical and Occupational Therapists that helped me every day to gain strength and balance."

The reason we chose MediLodge of Howell is because they helped us through the process from the first referral from the hospital and we felt welcomed from the get-go. Lisa, Kathy, Jennifers (Rose), Dan and Darren (Daisy), Tika, (CNA Aide), Leilini, Kate, Stacie, Joey, Natasha, Wendy, Maria (Housekeeping) were all team members that stood out during my aunt’s stay. Everyone went above and beyond with kindness and compassion for our aunt.

As written in the Livingston County Press & Argus on 3/21/14 "I have just come home from five weeks at Medilodge in Howell. I want everyone to know about the great people who work there. The housekeepers, kitchen crew, physical therapists and nurses; and most of all, the ladies who personally take care all the sick and handicapped souls who don't really want to be there. They never fail to smile and do their work cheerfully and efficiently. They make it bearable. No, they make it pleasant."

I am on an AVAP and MediLodge of Howell was the only place who took them. The specific team member that stood out was Wendy in Housekeeping! She goes above and beyond to be sure everyone has everything they need.

My mother, Joyce Brownlee suffers from late-stage dementia and Alzheimer. My brother and I have cared for her around the clock for over 5 years and she now has progressed to the point that we cannot care for her ourselves anymore.

We have visited 14 facilities looking at overall cleanliness, staff to patient ratio, activities, and 24-hour nursing staff/doctor care etc. Your [MediLodge of] Howell facility exceeded those requirements far ahead of any facilities we previously visited.

She had an emergency and needed rehab last week, decisions had to be made rapidly! In our extreme difficulties and worries over the last week, I would like to recognize two employees at your Howell facility that were always happy to take my calls and answer my deepest concerns. These employees also rapidly and painlessly accelerated our acceptance and admission process into the facility, reducing some of the anxieties associated with our mothers overall care. So to that point, Joey Morganelli and Natasha Cook should be recognized for there professionalism and exceptional job! Although we still have ongoing hurdles (Initial Care Conference) today, as we are concerned about some of her medications and their side effects, diet etc. I feel better that the nursing and doctor staff will excel as well as these other employees have. I was here last year and it was a great stay! Everyone is great here, especially Shelena. Therapy has done wonders for me and admissions is always visiting. Great team and staff---I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

August 2019, I entered rehabilitation at MediLodge. I couldn't walk. My body was weak. I couldn't sit up or stand up. I made my first step on the 2nd day with the therapists on the parallel bars. From that time on, I progressed to standing, walking with a walker, climbing stairs, and exercises machines. It has been a joy to have gotten my life back and look forward to going home in the near future. I thank God for such a joyful recovery at MediLodge. The staff + patients are a wonderful experience. Love the therapists; they're awesome! I would recommend MediLodge of Howell.

Hello, my name is Catherine. I've had the pleasure of being cared for by the Howell Medilodge staff and physical therapy specialists. My journey began last year when I was admitted twice to the Howell medilodge. The first time was January 2019. I was in a bad accident involving multiple injuries. My foot was severely broken. With a lot of hard work and an excellent staff, I was able to go home in June 2019. Unfortunately, a severe and aggressive infection caused my foot to be amputated in December 2019. I knew that the Howell Medilodge could and would provide a skillful environment for physical therapy and healing. Getting ready for a prosthetic leg and foot has been challenging, and the daily physical therapy as been very difficult. All made possible by the kind supportive staff here at the Howell MedilodgeI would definitely recommend the Howell Medilodge to friends and family. I'm finally going home with confidence in my new prosthetic leg. Thank you, Team Howell, for all you have done and continue to do! Catherine
