August 2019, I entered rehabilitation at MediLodge. I couldn't walk. My body was weak. I couldn't sit up or stand up. I made my first step on the 2nd day with the therapists on the parallel bars. From that time on, I progressed to standing, walking with a walker, climbing stairs, and exercises machines. It has been a joy to have gotten my life back and look forward to going home in the near future. I thank God for such a joyful recovery at MediLodge. The staff + patients are a wonderful experience. Love the therapists; they're awesome! I would recommend MediLodge of Howell.

Dear MediLodge, Where do I begin? First I need to say thank you to Natasha Cook for all the hard work she did. If it wasn't for her, our father would still be in Detroit sleeping in a broken bed, and not being cared for! The day I called Natasha I was completely grief stricken. She showed me so much compassion! We as a family didn't know where to turn. His health care providers let him down, failed him! Natasha recognized the fact that he was just a little old man that needed someone to give him a chance. We as a family owe her so much gratitude! MediLodge has changed our lives. We can now enjoy our dad. The care, and compassion that our father has been given by the MediLodge staff has been life changing for him!!! I can't even imagine what would be going on in our lives today if it was for MediLodge giving him the opportunity to live there. MediLodge has given us as a family a chance to heal! I chose MediLodge of Howell for my father. The reason that I chose MediLodge of Howell is because of its close proximity to my home. MediLodge of Howell also has a reputation of excellent care in the medical community. The night nurse, Scott, was above and beyond caring for my dad's sleep. Marie, the nurse's aid is excellent and a very hard worker. My dad would recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone he knows. Great job MediLodge of Howell!

To all the personnel that went the extra mile for our mother, Helen Brochowski, and gave her the gift of time. Your loving care is much appreciated, and you made such a difference. Thanks for all you do!

I chose MediLodge of Howell for myself after I lost my leg to a bone disease. I have always heard it's a great place. The therapy, nursing, and admissions departments were all very helpful! Lisa, a nurse, was nice and understanding. Cathy, a nurse as well, was understanding and always there to talk to. I have had a nice and wonderful stay. I have had my problems and every concern and complaint has been corrected. The staff is always on their toes and two steps ahead.

I want to thank Natasha and the staff so much for everything you did for my Mom, Jil. Everyone went above and beyond. Especially Natasha taking my calls on the weekend. Everyone was there in our time of need. You helped us so much when we needed someone to guide us. We didn't know what to do next with decisions in the medical field and you made everything go so smoothly. We will forever be thankful for YOU. My Mom is doing much better after her two week stay.  

After looking for a few months, I came back to MediLodge of Howell for a second tour to compare. We are so glad we made this choice. Natasha Cook was so patient interviewing us and very knowledgable while showing us the facility. The ladies at the front desk were also all smiles and happy to help. I encourage everyone to try MediLodge of Howell. Stop Looking!

I came here after ankle joint replacement (surgery). I still cannot use my left foot, as I am not allowed to put weight on it for two more weeks. However, physical therapists showed me how to get on and out of a wheelchair without using my left foot and also how to use a knee roller properly. I am going home now, able to get around by myself! (The people who work here are very helpful and pleasant!)

As written in the Livingston County Press & Argus on 3/21/14 "I have just come home from five weeks at Medilodge in Howell. I want everyone to know about the great people who work there. The housekeepers, kitchen crew, physical therapists and nurses; and most of all, the ladies who personally take care all the sick and handicapped souls who don't really want to be there. They never fail to smile and do their work cheerfully and efficiently. They make it bearable. No, they make it pleasant."

PT/OT/ST was awesome in getting her to participate in therapy; from admission to discharge, all staff facilitated a smooth transition, home care and equipment were ready and discharge done quickly. My mother improved and always praised the staff. Everyone smiled!
