My mother had come to MediLodge of Howell and went home completely healed. The staff is phenomenal and compassionate. I wouldn't choose any other place! Natasha and Joey were exceptional in helping me get him [my brother Timothy] set up, I was so overwhelmed and they were kind and helpful. The staff is the best, and no other facility will ever compare to the level of care that my family has received here!

I chose MediLodge of Howell for my mother because it was the only center that would take her insurance! Whenever I had questions or requests, they responded, and more importantly, they followed through. The admissions department is particularly helpful!

I chose Medilodge of Howell for Joseph Williams because I was not satisfied with his previous facility. Dana, Austin, Lindsey and the rest of the staff really stood out. I specifically say Dana and Austin because they worked with Joseph the most and I could see the dedication and them trying very hard to accomplish out their set goals for Joseph.

I chose MediLodge of Howell because of its amenities and pleasant staff. Natasha and Jody made the transition as smooth as possible for my loved one Sylvie Rice. I love the south nurses and aides - Cindy, Tiffany, Sarah, Julie, Kelly, Stephanie, and the rest of the team. Anytime you ask a question everyone is so nice and understanding. This staff goes the extra mile!

Dear Staff, Nurses & all other employees at MediLodge of Howell, I just wanted to take time to thank you for going above and beyond the 'job description' in showing love, compassion, patience, and kindness. It takes a special gift to work with elderly people who are now facing a difficult [moment in their life]. My family chose MediLodge of Howell for my grandmother, Loretta Sparks, and I was so happy they did! Jody and Natasha are specific team members that stood out because they are so friendly and caring! I met them at the Pink Party and they stood out to me because of their hard work. My great grandmother was a patient at this facility and the staff are outstanding! They are so catering and accommodating and so nice! The staff at the Pink Party in Howell were super fun and friendly! I would recommend this center to anyone!

MediLodge of Howell was recommended by our Elder Law Attorney. I have already conducted a significant study of several memory care facilities. My first meeting with the staff at MediLodge of Howell sinched my decision, based on numerous points; professionalism, sincerity, years in business, etc. The Rose Hall team as a whole was phenomenal from day one, Nurse Cathy stood out. As we were introduced, through the weeks, to the other nurses... the same (Lisa, Kari, Jenny, Darrin) caregivers also stood out! Katie and Megan, and all. Even the reception personnel, activity staff, and maintenance staff took the time to care for my father and show kindness to the family.

PT/OT/ST was awesome in getting her to participate in therapy; from admission to discharge, all staff facilitated a smooth transition, home care and equipment were ready and discharge done quickly. My mother improved and always praised the staff. Everyone smiled!

Dear MediLodge, Where do I begin? First I need to say thank you to Natasha Cook for all the hard work she did. If it wasn't for her, our father would still be in Detroit sleeping in a broken bed, and not being cared for! The day I called Natasha I was completely grief stricken. She showed me so much compassion! We as a family didn't know where to turn. His health care providers let him down, failed him! Natasha recognized the fact that he was just a little old man that needed someone to give him a chance. We as a family owe her so much gratitude! MediLodge has changed our lives. We can now enjoy our dad. The care, and compassion that our father has been given by the MediLodge staff has been life changing for him!!! I can't even imagine what would be going on in our lives today if it was for MediLodge giving him the opportunity to live there. MediLodge has given us as a family a chance to heal!
