MediLodge of Howell was recommended by our Elder Law Attorney. I have already conducted a significant study of several memory care facilities. My first meeting with the staff at MediLodge of Howell sinched my decision, based on numerous points; professionalism, sincerity, years in business, etc. The Rose Hall team as a whole was phenomenal from day one, Nurse Cathy stood out. As we were introduced, through the weeks, to the other nurses... the same (Lisa, Kari, Jenny, Darrin) caregivers also stood out! Katie and Megan, and all. Even the reception personnel, activity staff, and maintenance staff took the time to care for my father and show kindness to the family.

I want to thank Natasha and the staff so much for everything you did for my Mom, Jil. Everyone went above and beyond. Especially Natasha taking my calls on the weekend. Everyone was there in our time of need. You helped us so much when we needed someone to guide us. We didn't know what to do next with decisions in the medical field and you made everything go so smoothly. We will forever be thankful for YOU. My Mom is doing much better after her two week stay.  

Dear Staff, Nurses & all other employees at MediLodge of Howell, I just wanted to take time to thank you for going above and beyond the 'job description' in showing love, compassion, patience, and kindness. It takes a special gift to work with elderly people who are now facing a difficult [moment in their life]. My mother, Joyce Brownlee suffers from late-stage dementia and Alzheimer. My brother and I have cared for her around the clock for over 5 years and she now has progressed to the point that we cannot care for her ourselves anymore.

We have visited 14 facilities looking at overall cleanliness, staff to patient ratio, activities, and 24-hour nursing staff/doctor care etc. Your [MediLodge of] Howell facility exceeded those requirements far ahead of any facilities we previously visited.

She had an emergency and needed rehab last week, decisions had to be made rapidly! In our extreme difficulties and worries over the last week, I would like to recognize two employees at your Howell facility that were always happy to take my calls and answer my deepest concerns. These employees also rapidly and painlessly accelerated our acceptance and admission process into the facility, reducing some of the anxieties associated with our mothers overall care. So to that point, Joey Morganelli and Natasha Cook should be recognized for there professionalism and exceptional job! Although we still have ongoing hurdles (Initial Care Conference) today, as we are concerned about some of her medications and their side effects, diet etc. I feel better that the nursing and doctor staff will excel as well as these other employees have. I chose Medilodge of Howell for Joseph Williams because I was not satisfied with his previous facility. Dana, Austin, Lindsey and the rest of the staff really stood out. I specifically say Dana and Austin because they worked with Joseph the most and I could see the dedication and them trying very hard to accomplish out their set goals for Joseph.

My mother had come to MediLodge of Howell and went home completely healed. The staff is phenomenal and compassionate. I wouldn't choose any other place! Natasha and Joey were exceptional in helping me get him [my brother Timothy] set up, I was so overwhelmed and they were kind and helpful. The staff is the best, and no other facility will ever compare to the level of care that my family has received here!

I chose MediLodge of Howell because I knew it was a safe and clean facility, and it also had great Google reviews! Everyone at MediLodge was very welcoming and friendly. The therapy department stood out to me, especially. I feel so much stronger and comfortable returning home.

I chose MediLodge of Howell because of its amenities and pleasant staff. Natasha and Jody made the transition as smooth as possible for my loved one Sylvie Rice. I love the south nurses and aides - Cindy, Tiffany, Sarah, Julie, Kelly, Stephanie, and the rest of the team. Anytime you ask a question everyone is so nice and understanding. This staff goes the extra mile!

PT/OT/ST was awesome in getting her to participate in therapy; from admission to discharge, all staff facilitated a smooth transition, home care and equipment were ready and discharge done quickly. My mother improved and always praised the staff. Everyone smiled!
