Meet Krystine Melton, Medilodge of Howell’s April Employee of the Month. From a young age, she always knew she wanted to help people because she enjoyed it. Once Krystine found out about our CNA position, she was ecstatic! After her first day, she knew that she loved this job. The smallest impact of making someone else’s day better makes her’s ten times better! Currently enrolled in LCC, she is working to become a nurse to continue advancing her career in helping people. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with the most significant parts of her life: her friends and family. “I wouldn’t be where I am today without God in my life, and I thank him every day for all of the blessings He has given me,” she says. “I love working at Medilodge! My coworkers make the day go by so quickly and provide a fun yet professional and comfortable environment!” The staff agrees. She is punctual, has perfect attendance, and is always willing to work extra to make the staff and residents’ days that much better. Krystine provides an exemplary work ethic earning her the Gold Star for Medilodge of Howell’s employee of the month.
